Wordpress Contact Form V.1.4.3 For Wordpress 2.0 or higher
Installation - Download and unzip the file and upload the folder to your ftp folder wp-content/plugins/wp-contact-form/
Log onto your wordpress site and activate the plug-in on the plug-in screen. Go to Options - Contact Form and update the fields with your information. Create a post or a page and press the Contact Form quick tag where you want the form to be. If you don’t see the Contact Form quick tag, you can alternatively copy and paste <!–contact form–> where you want it to appear.
